Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts receivable is required.
• Experience managing B2B customer accounts and reviewing credit applications preferred.
• Experience with high-volume transaction processing and reconciliation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform AR collections and reconciliations, including past-due follow-up and resolving short pays.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with customers and internal departments.
• Respond to billing/payment inquiries and update account status in a timely manner.
• Provide leadership in credit and collections to improve processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve collection performance.
• Review and release daily credit holds based on established policies.
