Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks a CQC System Manager to oversee construction quality control on-site for a federal project. You will manage submittals, reviews of work, meetings, and documentation through close-out, acting with authority across CQC matters.

This full-time role requires on-site presence, extensive QC experience, OSHA/EM-385 familiarity, fluent English, and strong coordination with the prime contractor. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Travel to job site(s) as assigned.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• OSHA certification.

Responsibilities

• Required to be on site at all times.
• Responsible for overall management of the CQC program with authority to act in all CQC matters.
• Submittals, hands-on review of work in place, meetings, reporting, documentation, and project close-out.
• Interface with the customer and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily logs and daily documentation; review, approve, and process submittals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
