Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager to join our Field Operation teams for projects across the southeast. This on-site role focuses on developing and executing QC plans, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in an engineering-related field, 10+ years in commercial construction, and a USACE CQM certification, with experience using Viewpoint/Vista and RMS/QCS.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Industrial/Construction/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial construction in roles such as Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.
• At least 2 years direct experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors certification; RMS/QCS knowledge preferred.
• LEED AP, AP+, or Green Associate credentials are a plus
• EM 385-1-1 Level 1, CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour (training available)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general email/internet use
• Familiarity with Viewpoint/Vista and RMS/QCS is preferred
