The CQC System Manager will serve as the quality point of contact for assigned construction work. This role is responsible for implementing project quality requirements, performing independent field oversight, verifying required testing and inspections, and maintaining complete, traceable quality records. The CQC System Manager will work closely with project leadership, field supervision, lower-tier subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, and testing agencies to identify and resolve quality concerns before work proceeds or is concealed.

Key Responsibilities

Document, control, track, and support resolution of deficiencies and nonconforming conditions through applicable corrective action and nonconformance processes. Verify that measuring and test equipment is appropriate for its intended use, identified, within its calibration period, and supported by required records. Participate in project kickoff meetings, job walkdowns, pre-installation and preparatory meetings, progress meetings, safety meetings, and coordination meetings as needed. Support audits, client surveillances, turnover documentation, quality performance trending, lessons learned, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

Graduate degree in engineering technology, architecture, or construction management and at least 10 years of construction experience on projects of similar scope and complexity.
