Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour certification required.
• USACE CQM Certification required.
• Experience with Procore and RMS on federal projects.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PDF documents.
• Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of QC procedures and legal standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving; excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan for projects per Army Corps Three Phases of Control.
• Review and certify submittals, plans, and specs; coordinate required evaluations and testing.
• Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions to sustain high standards.
• Manage and coordinate QC activities, including inspections to verify materials and workmanship.
• Establish and maintain a quality management system; address non‑conformance and ensure timely corrective actions.
