Job summary
LRS Federal LLC is seeking a National Construction Quality Control (CQC) Manager to support federal projects nationwide. The role focuses on on-site inspections, review of submittals, and ensuring compliance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards.
You will generate RMS-based daily reports and coordinate with Government personnel. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in building construction/renovation, experience with USACE processes, and strong scheduling analysis skills using MS Project and Primavera
Qualifications
- 10+ years in building construction/renovation/modernization.
- Relocation to federal sites in the U.S. for on-site management.
- Hands-on EM 385-1-1 and OSHA knowledge.
- Experience on federal projects preferred; USACE familiarity a plus.
Responsibilities
- Inspect Contractor Work on-site and review submittals; provide RMS reports.
- Review on-site materials and equipment for conformance with contract docs and EM 385-1-1/OSHA.
- Observe contractor methods; document findings and advise Government personnel.
- Analyze project schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6 for critical path impacts.
