Qualifications

• Technical associate's degree or equivalent with field experience
• Experience with Access Control, Fire, Video, and systems design/commissioning
• Licensing/certifications and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete projects with customers
• Coordinate installation, commissioning and closeout
• Manage costs, billings and cash flow for projects
• Pursue change orders and communicate status to customers
• Lead subcontractors and field staff to meet contract requirements
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance
