Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm and intercom projects for assigned customers. You will handle hardware design, programming, installation coordination, and closeout, ensuring customer satisfaction and project profitability.

You will coordinate with subcontractors and Johnson Controls staff, manage warranties, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements throughout the project

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm and intercom system projects.
• Oversee hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and commissioning.
• Manage project finances: costs, billings, collections, and profitability.
• Pursue change orders and communicate with the customer during all phases.
• Coordinate subcontractors, installers, designers, and admin staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.
