Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring for an on-site Project Leader to plan, execute, and complete fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom projects. You will coordinate hardware design, software programming, installation, commissioning, and warranty closure with customers and staff.

Responsibilities include managing costs, billings, and cash flow while driving customer satisfaction and profitability. Strong communication and safety adherence are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years' experience with installation and service of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems.
• Active certifications in access control, CCTV, intrusion or intercom.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electricity and electronics and troubleshooting aptitude.
• Pass background, drug screen and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom projects on site.
• Manage project costs, billings, and collections to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate communication with customers and subcontractors throughout the project.
