Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an on-site Controls Project Manager to lead and complete customer projects, including hardware design, software programming, installation coordination, commissioning, and warranty execution.

You will oversee costs, billings, and collections while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires a technical associate's degree or equivalent field experience, plus experience with access control, fire, and video systems.

Qualifications

• Requires technical associate's degree or equivalent field experience.
• Experience with Access Control, Fire/Video systems, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of project accounting, costing principles, and contracting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site projects, plan and execute with customers.
• Coordinate installation, system programming, and commissioning.
• Manage project costs, billings, and cash flow.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to technicians and designers.
• Communicate project status and forecasts to management.
• Ensure safety standards and AHJ compliance.
