Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Controls Lead Project Systems Specialist to lead on-site control system projects, coordinating design, programming, installation, commissioning, and handover with a focus on safety, schedule, and profitability. You will manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and customer communication while ensuring technical excellence and alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Technical associate degree and hands-on HVAC control experience.
• Experience with mechanical systems and DDC controls.
• Ability to explain technical material to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to manage on-site project activity with limited supervision.
• Strong understanding of control theory and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of project accounting and contracting.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site control systems projects from design through closeout.
• Oversee hardware design, programming, installation coordination, commissioning.
• Manage project costs, billings, cash flow, and profitability.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Provide coaching and training to System Technicians and Designers.
