Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a technical associate's degree with two years of field experience or four years of equivalent related field experience.
• Must have applicable Access Control, Fire, Video, and/or systems design and commissioning experience.
• Must have appropriate licensing, certifications, and relevant hands-on experience.
• Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently.
• Strong personal computer skills.
• Knowledge of project accounting, costing principles, and contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete projects with assigned customers in a safe and cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and commissioning.
• Oversee project financials including costs, billings, and collections to ensure profitability.
• Communicate project status to management and forecast revenue, costs, and margins.
• Provide coaching to technicians and subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local, state, and federal requirements.
