Zusammenfassung

Electrical Automation Services is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer for an on-site role in Buckeye, AZ. You will serve as the on-shift controls expert, troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, and motion control across high-speed beverage processing lines.

You will mentor maintenance technicians, lead automation projects, and collaborate with operations, engineering and quality teams to improve safety, reliability, and throughput. A 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM is required.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in engineering technology, information systems, industrial automation and controls, or a related discipline.
• At least four years of industrial automation or controls experience in high-speed manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary on-shift controls and automation expert.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for automated production lines.
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, instrumentation, and network issues.
• Develop and execute controls projects to improve safety, quality, reliability and throughput.
• Support commissioning, upgrades, and system integration projects.
