Electrical Automation Services seeks an experienced Controls Engineer to support on-site operations in Buckeye, AZ. You will act as the on-shift automation expert, troubleshooting high-speed beverage equipment and related systems.

Diagnose PLC/HMI/VFD/servo issues, implement fixes, and drive improvements to safety, quality, and throughput. Relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience in engineering technology or automation.
• Minimum four years of industrial automation/controls in high-speed manufacturing.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming capabilities.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial networks.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Excellent communication across plant departments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the on-shift controls and automation expert.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for production, processing, and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, instrumentation, and network issues.
• Identify recurring problems and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Lead controls projects to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
• Support equipment commissioning, upgrades, and system integration.
