Job summary
Electrical Automation Services seeks a Controls Engineer for its Chandler, AZ facility on a 2-2-3 shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM). The role focuses on on-shift controls leadership, Tier 1/2 troubleshooting, and continuous-improvement projects across high-speed beverage processing lines.

Qualifications
- Four+ years in industrial automation or controls in high-speed manufacturing.
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming capabilities.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
- Willingness to work a 2-2-3 day schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Serve as on-shift controls and automation expert.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for automated production lines.
- Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, instrumentation, and network issues.
- Develop and execute controls projects to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
- Mentor maintenance technicians and operators on controls practices.
