• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills on active jobsites.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities to manage schedules and resources.
• Commitment to safety programs and on-site safety leadership.
• Available for on-site work in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Manage site schedules and ensure work aligns with plans and codes.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation; support meetings.
• Ensure safety policies are enforced and project remains on schedule and budget.
