Job summary

Consolidated Contracting Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent for a Southern California project site. The role leads daily field operations, coordinates subcontractors, maintains schedules, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.

The ideal candidate has four+ years in commercial construction, OSHA 30, and strong communication skills to interface with owners, architects, and engineers. Competitive salary with bonus potential and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of commercial construction experience or equivalent.
• Journeyman-level trade experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, codes, and project documentation.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and project personnel with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily jobsite operations.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Develop and communicate master schedule and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site activities.
• Review plans and specs for constructability and issues.
• Maintain daily reports and field documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and team coordination.
