Job summary

You will plan schedules, manage budgets and contracts, ensure design, code and safety compliance, and coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

You will lead meetings, resolve issues, track milestones, manage procurement and expediting of materials, review inspections, coordinate logistics, and prepare progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in building construction.
• Experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and inspections.
• Experience with procurement, expediting, and change management.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules and budgets.
