Job summary

Raise Consulting is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day field operations of commercial projects in California. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, and collaborate with the Project Manager to deliver on-time, within budget.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, plans, and specifications.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate site logistics, scheduling, inspections, and materials.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and weekly jobsite meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues and coordination conflicts.
• Maintain daily reports, documentation, and project records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, inspectors, and the project team.
