Job summary

BE&K Building Group is seeking a Safety Manager to implement the EHSP on assigned construction projects. You will work with our project management team and subcontractors to identify hazards before they exist and ensure EHSP compliance through behavior-based safety practices.

This is an on-site position. Responsibilities include leading safety culture, coaching on safety leadership, performing regular site audits, developing site-specific safety plans, and maintaining training and incident

Qualifications

• Degree in safety management or CHST certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years on construction sites with OSHA training.
• Experience with evaluating safety programs and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain BE&K's injury-free safety culture.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans.
• Conduct regular jobsite safety audits and share findings.
• Coach site management on safety leadership and practices.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and incident reports.
