Environmental And Safety Solutions, Inc. seeks a Safety Manager to oversee all safety management on a CM project, ensuring adherence to EH&S policies and contract safety requirements. You will report findings, non-conformances, and recommendations to the CM.

Responsibilities include leading Pre-Task Plan huddles, new worker orientation, audits, weekly safety reviews, and JHA submissions, while collaborating on risk mitigation with the Superintendent.

Formación

• Proven field heavy commercial to industrial experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• BCSP certification preferred, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Read and understand EH&S Policy and contract drawings for safety applicability.
• Lead Pre-Task Plan huddles and review boards for other trades on site.
• Lead New Worker Orientation.
• Perform audits required by code or policy and provide safety metrics.
• Participate in weekly safety meetings and highlight high-risk activities.
• Facilitate safety portions of Pre-Construction Meetings for all trades.
• Review Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) submissions.
• Ensure jobsite postings are kept up-to-date.
• Collaborate to develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Perform full-time safety management tasks as required by the Superintendent.
