Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC in Florida seeks an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to lead safety programs across active job sites. You will implement, monitor, and improve safety protocols, conduct audits, and train workers on OSHA compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in safety roles within construction or industrial settings, OSHA 30hr, First Aid/CPR/AED, strong communication and leadership, and willingness to travel to multiple sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr card for the Construction Industry.
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout the country over an extended period.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of on-site operations to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations for employees and contractors.
• Observe workers to ensure appropriate use of personal protection equipment is being implemented.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and safety violations, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on safety programs, training records, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters and coordinate with management to promote continuous improvement.
