Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to lead safety programs on our construction sites. You will implement safety protocols, conduct inspections, deliver on-site safety training, toolbox talks and orientations, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.

This role requires OSHA 30 in Construction, current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications, and 3–5 years of health and safety experience, preferably in construction or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications required.
• 3–5 years in health and safety, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
• Ability to travel to job sites nationwide for extended periods.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of on-site operations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and orientations for employees and contractors.
• Observe workers to ensure proper PPE usage.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and safety violations; recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on safety programs, training records, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with management to promote continuous improvement.
