D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to implement, monitor, and improve safety programs across job sites. The role requires conducting inspections, training, and incident investigations to uphold OSHA standards and company safety policies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a health and safety role in construction or industrial settings, OSHA 30hr, and current First Aid/CPR/AED certification, with the ability to travel nationwide for extended periods.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr Construction certification.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel to job sites nationwide for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site safety inspections and audits to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Provide toolbox talks, safety orientations, and on-site training for employees and contractors.
• Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain documentation for safety programs, training records, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with management to drive continuous safety improvements.
