Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to implement, monitor, and improve safety programs across our job sites. You will lead safety trainings, audits, and incident investigations while ensuring OSHA compliance and a culture of safety among all workers and contractors.

Ideal candidates have OSHA 30 in the construction sector, current First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and 3–5 years of H&S experience, with ability to travel to multiple sites nationwide for extended

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr Construction Industry certification is required.
• 3–5 years of proven health and safety experience in construction or industrial environments.
• Ability to travel to job sites nationwide for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure OSHA compliance and company policy adherence.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and orientations for employees and contractors.
• Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment on site.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety violations, reporting findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on safety programs and training records.
• Coordinate with management to support continuous safety improvement.
