Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to lead safety programs at our job sites. The role involves implementing protocols, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of health and safety experience in construction or industrial environments, with OSHA 30 and certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED. Ability to travel across the country is required to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr construction certification required.
• Current First Aid, CPR and AED certifications.
• 3–5 years proven experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site safety inspections and audits to ensure OSHA/regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety orientations, and on-site training for workers and contractors.
• Observe and enforce proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; report findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation and ensure up-to-date training records.
