Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to lead safety programs on construction sites across the country. You will implement and monitor safety protocols, train staff and contractors, and manage incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

The role requires OSHA compliance expertise, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to travel for extended periods. Work will be conducted on-site at various job sites with a focus on safeguarding worker health

Qualifications

OSHA 30hr card for Construction Industry.
Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
3–5 years of proven experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
Ability to travel to job sites throughout the country over an extended period.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of on-site operations to ensure OSHA compliance.
Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency plans, and risk assessments.
Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations for employees and contractors.
Observe workers to ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and safety violations and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on safety programs, training records, and regulatory compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters and coordinate with management for continuous improvement.
