Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to lead safety programs at multiple job sites. You will implement, monitor, and improve safety practices, ensuring regulatory compliance and a culture of safety for all employees and contractors.

Ideal candidates bring OSHA 30hr construction experience, current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, and 3–5 years in a safety role, with ability to travel extensively across the country.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr card for the Construction Industry.
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout the country over an extended period.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure OSHA compliance and company policy.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and orientations for employees and contractors.
• Observe workers to ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and safety violations; recommend corrective actions.
