The ideal candidate will hold OSHA 30hr for construction, current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, and 3–5 years of H&S experience in construction or industrial settings, with the ability to travel nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• OSHA 30hr certification required for construction.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
• 3–5 years of proven health & safety experience, preferably in construction or industrial environments.

Aufgaben

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on-site to ensure OSHA and company policy compliance.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and orientations for employees and contractors.
• Monitor PPE usage and ensure proper application of protective equipment.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain up-to-date safety program records and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Serve as primary safety contact and coordinate with management for continuous improvement.
