Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Control Representative to support Fort Hood, TX projects as the on-site quality assurance representative.

Responsibilities include monitoring contractor performance, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting project delivery from pre-construction through closeout. The role requires extensive field inspections, documentation, and coordination with designers, engineers, and the project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting large, complex construction projects.
• Experience with federal construction projects (DoD/USACE) preferred.
• Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction activities for contract compliance and quality.
• Document project activities, contractor performance, safety observations, and progress.
• Review RFIs and coordinate responses with design teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance and contract issues.
• Maintain project records, reports, and inspection documentation.
• Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation.
