Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Construction Control Representative to support projects at Fort Hood, TX. The role serves as the on-site quality assurance representative, monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

You will verify construction quality through the three-phase inspection process, review submittals and RFIs, and assist with closeout, payments, and safety compliance.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on large, complex construction projects.
• Experience with federal construction projects (DoD/USACE) preferred.
• Strong documentation and contract compliance skills.

Mansioni

• Observe and inspect construction activities for contract compliance and quality.
• Conduct daily site inspections and document project activities, safety observations, and progress.
• Monitor schedules and advise project team of delays or performance concerns.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, safety, quality, and environmental plans.
• Coordinate RFIs and responses with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance, REAs, and technical concerns.
• Conduct QA inspections through all construction phases and verify three-phase QC.
• Assist with scopes of work, government estimates, and contract modifications.
• Review payment requests and verify quantities for progress payments.
• Ensure OSHA/EM 385-1-1 compliance and site safety plans.
• Maintain records, logs, reports, photos, and correspondence.
• Support project meetings, reviews, and site visits.
• Assist with closeout activities, punch lists, turnover, and warranty tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
