Job summary

Flintco is seeking a Project Manager to liaison with owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers to ensure projects meet budget and schedule. Responsibilities include resource allocation, supervision of project staff, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and 5–7 years in commercial construction, with LEED AP/DBIA/ASHE certifications a plus. Travel to remote sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in commercial construction management.
• Certifications such as LEED AP, DBIA or ASHE are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review estimates, bids and allocate project personnel with management input.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and contract/commercial arrangements.
• Monitor project schedules and implement pre-requisites for on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate material deliveries and storage, ensuring proper recording.
• Track progress, resolve issues and keep client informed on status.
• Ensure closeout documents, punch lists and warranties are completed.
