Wainwright Talent Partners in the Boston Metrowest area seeks a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating owners, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

You will develop plans, manage risk, prepare cost projections, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction while driving value engineering and effective team communication.

Qualificações

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent, plus extensive experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management.
• Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• 5-7 years experience in project management and related construction expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Preliminary project scoping and programming.
• Design Request for Proposal creation.
• Solicitation, procurement, leveling, negotiation, and acceptance of design proposals.
• Site visits, feasibility studies, documentation of existing conditions, and due diligence.
• Design schedule creation and adherence.
• Review of schematic, design development, and construction drawings.
• Regulatory permitting.
• Creation of logistics plans.
• Proposal preparation.
• Scope of work preparation.
• Subcontractor solicitation and procurement.
• Assistance with estimating.
• Subcontractor negotiation, buyout and administration.
• Coordinate and interface with project stakeholders to resolve technical matters.
• Provide cost solutions through value engineering and constructability analysis.
• Prepare budgets and coordinate cost codes with accounting.
• Prepare cost projections and attend PSR meetings.
• Closeout management and oversight.
