Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership ability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project budgets for assigned projects.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with the project team and subs.
• Develop safety plans with the Superintendent and ensure safety.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders.
• Monitor quality control and project logistics throughout the lifecycle.
• Closeout procedures and collaboration with site operations.
