Job summary

WES Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex construction projects in Massachusetts.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with superintendents, and drive project close-out activities while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building or site construction, at least 10 years of experience in construction management, and excellent leadership and negotiation

Qualifications

• A strong, proven background in building and/or site construction work.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or related fields.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• The ability to visualize project outcomes and phase work accordingly.
• A detail-oriented and deadline-driven mindset.
• Experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction planning to project close-out for 2-3 projects simultaneously.
• Developing project schedules, budgets, and schedules of values.
• Sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Collaborating with superintendents to allocate resources effectively.
• Leading pre-construction and project close-out activities.
• Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
