Job summary

Wainwright Talent Partners is seeking a Project Manager to direct construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems in the Boston area. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and field problem resolution while supporting field personnel and ensuring profitable project execution.

The role requires interpretation of contracts, document control, and collaboration with foremen, owners, and subcontractors to drive timely completion and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years related experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor of Science with an engineering or construction management focus preferred; Master’s in related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and contract documentation.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and city regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
• Select subs and equipment suppliers with input from engineering, estimating and purchasing.
• Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review scheduling and delivery, work plans, progress, and solutions.
