Job summary

Wainwright Talent Partners is seeking a full-time Project Manager in Burlington, MA to coordinate resources from start-up to closeout and ensure budgets and schedules are met. The PM will manage costs, risk, quality, and overall progress in line with contract documents.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in the commercial construction industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency with common estimating software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 3 years of project management experience in construction.
• Working knowledge of Planswift or estimating software.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and material needs.
• Prepare project billing revenue forecasts and schedules of values; monitor costs vs budgets.
• Coordinate projects per contract documents; resolve issues promptly; ensure schedule adherence.
• Schedule meetings with supers to review plans and specs; review change orders and submittals.
• Ensure project completion meets client expectations and requirements.
