Job summary

Wainwright Talent Partners is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Design/Build opportunities in the Boston area. This role supports the Project Manager by overseeing operations, tracking time, cost, and quality to ensure projects finish on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will maintain rigorous Procore records, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients, and help prepare bids, takeoffs, and estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or working towards in Construction Management or related field.
• Ability to work in a team to achieve goals.
• Familiarity with construction management processes and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in directing and overseeing project operations.
• Maintain Procore records, drawings, contracts and logs.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients on feasibility, scheduling and cost.
• Prepare and archive meeting minutes and bid packages.
• Conduct site visits and prepare takeoffs and estimates.
• Support close-outs, owner manuals, and BIM coordination with teams.
