Job summary

Wainwright Talent Partners is seeking a Project Manager for Design/Build construction projects in the Boston area. The role oversees time, cost, and quality, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and tenants to drive feasibility, scheduling, and close-out.

The position emphasizes proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and experience with BIM, Procore, and MS Project to maintain project health and owner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction management experience on building projects.
• 10 Hour OSHA certification.
• Experience with BIM systems and principles.
• MEP coordination experience.
• Estimating methods knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ongoing projects, controlling time, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and tenants.
• Maintain project schedules and three‑week look‑ahead plans.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Prepare minutes and close-out documentation.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings.
• Lead BIM coordination with architects and subs.
• Mentor team members and ensure compliance with safety rules.
