Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 10+ years of construction experience, GC preferred.
• 4+ years leading and mentoring teams.
• Ability to make timely, effective decisions.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Proven ability to build owner/contractor relationships.
• Strong work ethic and leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of contracts and understand all parties involved.
• Secure permits and verify insurance for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Close-out projects with turnover of manuals and final payment documents.
• Develop relationships with owners, engineers, and design firms.
• Set deadlines and monitor project progress.
• Participate in proposals and presentations as needed.
• Drive safety culture on the project site.
• Support acquisition of new work through proposals and presentations.
• Provide leadership to foster inclusion and diversity.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with industry professionals.
