Wainwright Talent Partners seeks a Project Superintendent to direct on-site workflow in line with the project schedule and safety and quality standards. The role acts as the primary on-site leader, liaising between project team members and subcontractors to protect business and client interests.

The candidate will lead site priorities, ensure quality control, and collaborate with the project manager to maintain schedule commitments on commercial construction projects in the Boston area.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and implement safety programs for all subcontractors, reporting incidents promptly.
• Maintain daily site logs, manage punch list and closeout with owner/architect.
• Foster good relationships with subcontractors and community to support project goals.
• Maintain quality standards across all project aspects.
• Collaborate with the project manager to formulate and follow the project schedule.
• Ensure accurate daily documentation and identify issues early for solutions.
• Work with the project manager throughout the project lifecycle.
