Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management operations from initiation to completion. You will handle administration, coordination, and cross-functional communications within the Project Management function.

The role emphasizes maintaining health and safety standards, managing budgets, POs, and client-facing documentation while collaborating with service lines and subcontractors to deliver value for clients.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in administration or similar projects coordinator role
• Delivery of wider facilities management services is desirable

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement project policies and processes within the Projects team.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are followed across the unit.
• Manage project financials, including POs, billing, and financial tracking.
• Develop project review packs for stakeholders.
• Manage QHSE online reporting, Hazards, SmoWP, and Audits.
• Update staffing structures on all contracts as requested.
• Assist with ad hoc event management and coordination.
• Collaborate with operational managers to drive business development and teamwork.
• Provide guidance and support to other Project Coordinators to deliver best practices.
