CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Capital Project Coordinator to partner with the Project Manager and deliver projects safely and to client expectations. You will work on permits, ensure compliance with safety culture, and coordinate with the project team and external vendors.

The role requires multitasking across multiple projects, reporting to the Project Coordinator Team Lead, and supporting construction activities in occupied spaces with a focus on quality and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience with safety-focused project support and permits.

• Familiarity with building management and utilities systems.

Responsibilities

• Issue, monitor and control permits ensuring alignment with policies.
• Maintain safe work practices in a zero-incident culture.
• Monitor activities and verify permits on daily work.
• Coordinate with project team and client reps, including fire marshal.
• Prepare and maintain the Facility Protection Plan to minimize disruption.
• Ensure providers deliver high-quality, timely services.
• Maintain relationships with consultants and vendors and track scope.
