A construction company is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support its Project Management team. The role encompasses overseeing project performance from estimating to completion, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing cost, schedule, and quality control. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and familiarity with construction management software, specifically Procore.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator at a commercial construction company.
Strong knowledge and understanding of construction processes, paperwork and systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project needs.
Familiarity with construction management software Procore, Go Forms and tools.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and project teams.
Support the initial setup and ongoing maintenance of project cost accounting.
Assist with obtaining necessary insurance certificates.
Review and assist in the approval process for monthly Subcontractor pay applications.
Document action items and due dates during meetings.
