Tight Quarters Inc. is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to help manage construction projects from bid opportunity through closeout. This fast-paced, hands-on role connects estimating, administration, operations, and field teams to keep deadlines visible and projects moving.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of project coordination or construction administration, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. Spanish speaking is a plus, onsite, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project coordination, construction administration, or similar experience.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Strong follow-through and a sense of ownership.
• Proactive—you identify what needs to happen next and take action.
• Comfortable working independently without micromanagement.
• Strong communication skills and confidence following up with internal and external contacts.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
