Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Construction Manager to lead full-cycle construction project delivery from planning to closeout in the Manassas area. You will serve as the primary on-site contact for EESS work, coordinating with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years progressive construction-management experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record; drivers may be required to pass check.
• No immigration sponsorship; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H1B sponsorship.
• No relocation; reside within 50 miles of Manassas, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle construction project delivery including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, risk management and closeout.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for Eaton’s EESS work; coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review scope, requirements, timelines and handoffs to identify risks and execution needs early.
• Use project management tools to track milestones, deliverables and progress.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to customers, stakeholders, and Eaton teams.
• Partner with District Operations to support safety, cost control, change orders, issue resolution and project performance.
• Support process improvements and share project-management best practices.
