Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive construction-management experience.
• 5+ years electrical field services experience.
• 5+ years managing electrical construction or commissioning projects, preferably data center projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-cycle project delivery—from planning and budgeting to scheduling and risk management.
• Review technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during handoffs.
• Use project management tools to track milestones and deliverables; ensure on-site execution stays on course.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communications with stakeholders.
• Coordinate Eaton’s work with other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption.
• Oversee project closeout activities including punch lists, warranty handoff, and ownership transition.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for EESS activities; uphold safety initiatives across sites.
• Manage costs, change orders, and risk mitigation; monitor financial performance.
• Collaborate with commercial ops, sales engineers, and tech support to align client expectations with deliverables.
• Mentor team members to build capability in project management and operational excellence.
• Travel up to 50%
