Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in construction management, site supervision or project coordination, including 5 years leading electrical/general construction projects
• Current unrestricted driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
• No immigration sponsorship or work authorization support
• Residence within 75-mile radius of Worthington, OH

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning and budgeting to scheduling and resource allocation
• Review technical requirements, scope of work and timelines during handoff
• Track milestones and deliverables using project management software
• Lead project meetings and communicate with all stakeholders
• Coordinate work with other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption
• Manage project closeout activities including punch lists and warranty handoff
• Act as primary on-site contact for EESS activities
• Promote safety initiatives across job sites
• Oversee cost control, change orders and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and support teams to align client expectations with deliverables
• Implement program-level changes from Strategic Operations
• Mentor team members to build capability
