Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Construction Manager to lead full-cycle construction project delivery in Manassas, VA. You will coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, and manage risks, timelines, safety, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications include 5+ years of construction-management experience or a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive construction-management experience or a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Driver's license with a satisfactory MVR as per policy.
• No immigration sponsorship; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H1B etc.
• No relocation; reside within 50 miles of Manassas, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle construction project delivery including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout.
• Serve as primary on-site contact coordinating with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review scope and timelines to identify risks and execution needs early.
• Use project management tools to track milestones and keep projects on schedule.
• Lead meetings and communicate clearly with customers, stakeholders, and Eaton teams.
• Support job-site safety, cost control, change orders, and overall project performance.
• Share project management best practices to improve team capability.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, engineering, architecture, or a related field
