Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate field operations across trades, ensuring work aligns with contract documents and project schedules. You will supervise field crews, manage materials and safety compliance, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to meet milestones.

The role requires 3–6 years in construction management, an engineering/architecture/construction management background, and familiarity with Procore and related tools.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.
• 3 to 6 years of construction management experience in a field supervisory role.
• Ability to direct work of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc.
• Well versed in safety and government regulations (OSHA) and implement on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation of work per contract documents, schedule, and sequence.
• Understand duration of activities and optimize utilization of resources and equipment.
• Monitor material deliveries and budgets; address cost variances.
• Implement safety program and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers; recruit talent.
